Hi All,
I normally keep really well as long as I don't overdo it, but the last few days I have truly blown it. I literally fell into my bed last night, so tired and achy and today was no better. I struggled at work today, thank goodness it was only 4 hours. My legs feel like I have run a marathon and the rest of me feels like I belong to someone else. I can't believe the way the tiredness floors you. I'm glad i am home, I only have to pop out to get a birthday card off to my daughter after that I am going to my bed. I feel totally drained and can promise I WONT be doing that again. Lorna xx

Hi Lorna,
Have a good rest, but I'm really intrigued to know what you won't be doing again, or is it something you can't post !.

Hi Anne,
Ha ha I was busy cleaning and washing and ironing and gardening, nothing too exciting. Kidding aside I did really push it, was on my feet too long my legs really were sore and I felt sick with tiredness. My hands and shoulders were achy too. Have not felt that bad for a long time. Will definitely pace myself better in future. Lorna x

Lorna, we never learn eh??? I have done the same, and felt so ill yesterday, when the last one collected at 4.50pm I went for a lay down, Roy came up to see if I was ok, and when I asked the time it was 8.30pm. Went back to bed at 11pm and slept until 9.30am. Still feeling the effects though, everything still hurts and swollen. So glad its the weekend!!! BARBARA

That's the only trouble with feeling well, it lulls us into a false sense of being SUPER WOMAN! Off come the sheets, on goes the washing machine, out come the dusters and vacuum cleaner. We whizz round like mad fools mopping, dusting, cleaning, washing and end up ... knackered!! Tread wearily up the stairs and spend the next few days in bed recovering! It's not rocket science but we keep doing it!!!! Hope you feel better soon Lorna and Barbara. Next time you feel a mad spurt coming on ... .... head my way please Lyn x

Hi Folks,
Thanks for your replies I do feel better today but my day of doing lots cost me 2 days in return. It's not worth it, that was the worst I have felt in a long time it scared me a bit. Hope you are better too Barbara, and Lyn how do you feel now, whats happening with the bone marrow worry, hope all is well for you too. Take care everyone. Lorna xx

I know the feeling only too well. I rather stupidly had an ironing marathon on Sunday- same result!
I don't mind so much if it's been something enjoyable like a day out or a shopping spree (clothes etc of course, not the supermarket!)
Hope you're recovering
